ABOUT MIRYAM
Miryam Claire always knew who she was going to be. Described by her family as “singing since she was born,” Miryam grew up with a passion for the performing arts. From putting on concerts for her family on her fireplace mantle to acting in school plays, she always felt happiest performing. At nine years old she convinced her mom to let her take voice lessons, which she continued into her teens. With influences ranging from The Beatles to Olivia Rodrigo, she began songwriting at fourteen. She discovered her passion for storytelling in her songs. “I just want to connect with people,” she says. At sixteen, she began her acting journey, another lifelong passion of hers, but life did not go according to plan. At 18, she dropped out of acting school in NYC and moved back home, discouraged. But she never lost hope or sight of who she was. In 2024, she starred in her first independent film, recorded 20 records with SAKRED, filmed music videos, and continued acting and auditioning. Determined to create and share her art with the world, Miryam’s journey is only just beginning. “I can’t control when opportunities will come, or how the world will perceive me,” she says. “I can only control what I do. I’ll create no matter what, and do my best to be prepared when opportunities do come up.” Miryam’s music from throughout the years can be found on her Youtube and Instagram (@miryamclaire) so that fans can follow along with her growth.
